Wow I guess I haven't written anything in quite a while. I sit here and wonder when there are so many different things going on in life what it's all supposed to mean and where is the lesson. When everything around you starts to crumble and all you can do is stand there and watch. There is no immediate solution only time will tell and either work things out or shatter your world. Things really aren't so bad when you consider the economy and people still losing their jobs and homes left and right. People unable to pay for health insurance and struggling to feed their children. My parents always taught us to be thankful for what we have. Circumstances can always be worse and as long as you are alive not to lose hope that things will get better. I am thankful for that advice we received growing up. I am thankful for the kind of parents I have who taught us to think positive and showed by example. The carry over of their faith to us was the best gift they could have ever given. It is because of that, when things are not exactly going as planned I hear a still small voice saying "Trust Me" and it calms my heart.
